Melinda Cornish is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as Certified Practitioner in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Developmental and Relationship Trauma. She is a Member of the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama as well as the National Association of Social Workers. Melinda’s focus of treatment is to facilitate unification of the brain, soul and body.
Melinda has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1999 and has worked in mental health agencies, hospitals and private practice. Melinda is nurturing, compassionate, a good listener and honest and believes very strongly in confidentiality. Melinda is an innovator and has experience in creating new programs and groups.
Melinda previously worked in Flagstaff, Arizona until moving to Cary, NC in 2008. North Carolina is now home and she is committed to creating safe spaces for both clients and professionals to do their own work.
